| - Elections are held annually in May |
|
- The board is elected by the CFFSC members |
|
- Board members must be CFFSC home club members for six months prior to election |
|
- Members are elected to a two year term |
| - Board meetings are held monthly at the Ice Den at the RDV Sportsplex. |
|
- The meeting's dates and times are negotiated by the board of directors |
|
- Board members participate in social events, test sessions, and club activities |
|
- Each member is asked to participate as a chairman for one or more committees (volunteers from the club are also encouraged to help) |
|
- Officers are elected by the board of directors for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer |
|
- Board member's terms begin July 1 and continue until June 30 the following year |
