CFFSC TESTING POLICY

Applications and fees must be received NO LATER THAN APPLICATION DEADLINE.

Application deadline is 4 weeks before the scheduled test.

Applications will be processed in the order received. If the test fills before the deadline date, it is full and skaters will be put on a waiting list in order of which test applications are received, “first come, first in line to test.”

Test requests received after the deadline will be scheduled if time allows with a $25 late fee charge.

All skaters must be current members of USFSA at least one month before test is scheduled.

A permission letter which verifies your club standing and that you are qualified to take this test must accompany your application if CFFSC is not your home club.

Please plan to arrive 1 hour earlier than scheduled test start time- test sessions my run ahead of schedule.

This application is subject to the terms and conditions of the CFFSC.

You cannot test if your U.S. Figure Skating membership is not current. If you are unsure of your status, or need to renew your membership, please contact the board Membership 'Chair Donna Carl at centralfloridafsclub @gmail.com. All clubs outside of the CFFSC and Individual skaters will pay 1 ½ times the fee. Clubs excluded from this fee where reciprocity has been established are as follows: Citrus FSC, Daytona Beach FSC, and SpacecoastIceplex FSC.

The CFFSC regrets that we cannot provide refunds for test fees, except in the case of illnesses or injuries which are documented by a doctor’s note. Injured or ill skaters must withdraw from the entire test session. No partial refunds will be given.

Submissions of test forms (download HERE) do not guarantee a place in the test sessions..
